The Die-Namic Tool & Design team has more than 100 years of combined experience in both engineering and machining as well as more than 175 years combined experience in die assembly, try out and build. Here’s a brief look back at how we got to where we are today.
Die-Namic Tool & Design foundedDie-Namic Tool & Design is founded as a two-man operation and begins operations in a 1,000-square-foot facility on Page Avenue in Michigan Center.
DNT expands, moves to new facilityDie-Namic Tool & Design expands from two to six employees and moves to a 5,000-square-foot manufacturing facility within the same complex on River Street.
Die-Namic moves to its current locationHaving grown to 32 employees, Die-Namic Tool & Design purchases and moves into a 14,000-square-foot facility at its current location at 147 Hobart Street in the northeast part of the city of Jackson. Two additional CNC machines are added to expand manufacturing capabilities.
Press room and minster press are addedDie-Namic Tool & Design expands to 18,000 square feet with a 3,500-square-foot press room addition. A 500-ton minster press with a full feed line for tool tryout is also added.
FaroArm added for reverse engineeringDie-Namic Tool & Design adds a FaroArm with laser scanning capability for reverse engineering.
DNT adds turn work with CNC latheTo better serve our current customers and expand our customer base, Die-Namic Tool & Design adds capability to do turn work through the purchase of a CNC lathe.
Horizontal machining center addedDie-Namic Tool & Design adds a horizontal machining center to allow more flexibility in machining.
